I created this super fast and easy card with some patterned paper and a card stock sticker from our Christmas Jingle Simply Scrappin' Kit.
The card base is Whisper White layered with a strip of Soft Suede card stock and this pretty patterned paper from the kit. I cut them a little short, so the white would show at the top and bottom, but you could make them just a tad bigger to fill the entire space.
I actually attached the paper strips to each other, and tied the 1 1/4" Old Olive Striped Ribbon around them before attaching to the card. Once the whole piece was on the card front, I just added the sticker. That's it!
